10. Refund Policy

The nature of digital products is clear: they are not tangible goods, making it difficult and impossible to control their return to ensure that the product has been completely removed and will no longer be used by the user.

Considering this difficulty, we strive to offer our products at fair prices (including below the prices practiced by competitors).

We also make it clear on our sales pages that after downloading the file, it is no longer possible to cancel the purchase.

If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within up to 7 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been used or downloaded, as it is a digital product.

If you have already downloaded the file and are dissatisfied with the purchase, please send a simple video showing the deletion of the downloaded files, including from the trash and the apps where the file was imported.
