LT International LLC operates the PlannerLovers platform (Planner Lovers®), which offers digital products — planners and PDF notebooks — and a members area for accessing this content.

This Privacy Policy covers the processing of personal data of users, visitors and prospective customers of the Platform by LT International LLC, as data controller, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and, to the extent applicable, United States federal law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45).

We primarily serve customers in Latin America. Our Platform is not directed at residents of the European Economic Area (EEA).

We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate the Platform and provide the contracted services:

• ·Registration and purchase — full name, email address, CPF (Brazil), country, language, payment information (processed directly by the payment gateway — we do not store card numbers).
• ·Platform usage — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, products downloaded, session duration.
• ·Communications — history of transactional emails (purchase confirmation, password recovery, support).
• ·Marketing data — advertising identifiers (fbp, fbc), pixel conversions when you visit our campaign landing pages.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, biometrics, sexual orientation, religion, etc.).

We use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• ·Creating and managing your account and access to the members' area;
• ·Processing payments and issuing tax documents (NF-e);
• ·Sending transactional emails (purchase confirmation, access link, support);
• ·Providing secure downloads of purchased files;
• ·Complying with legal and tax obligations;
• ·Performing performance analysis and improving our products and services;
• ·Measuring the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns;
• ·Preventing fraud and protecting the security of the Platform.

The legal bases for processing are: contract performance, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent.

We share your personal data only with essential service providers necessary to operate the Platform. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

• ·Payment gateways — Stripe and Mercado Pago, to process payments securely.
• ·Hosting infrastructure — Contabo (VPS server).
• ·File storage — Cloudflare R2, for secure delivery of digital files.
• ·Transactional email — Resend, for sending confirmation and support emails.
• ·Tax document issuance — Spedy, for issuing tax documents in Brazil.
• ·Geolocation and network security — Cloudflare and IPinfo, for traffic protection and routing.
• ·Marketing and analytics — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and Pinterest, for campaign conversion measurement. Data is shared in pseudonymized form (hashes) as described in Section 7.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually required to treat data confidentially and only for the purposes we determine. We work with recognized providers who make public documentation about their data protection practices available.

We may also share data when required by law, court order or competent authority.

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, in compliance with applicable legal retention periods:

• ·Registration and purchase data — retained while the account is active and for the period required to meet tax and legal obligations (minimum 5 years for tax obligations).
• ·Access and browsing data — retained for up to 6 (six) months after the last access, unless required by law.
• ·Support communications — retained for up to 2 (two) years after the support case is closed.

After the retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized where technically feasible.

Under the LGPD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• ·Confirmation and access: to know whether we process your data and to receive a copy of the information we hold about you;
• ·Correction: to request correction of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete data;
• ·Anonymization, blocking or deletion: of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data;
• ·Portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• ·Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal;
• ·Account deletion: to request complete deletion of your data and account;
• ·Information about sharing: to know which third parties your data is shared with.

Technical and functional cookies:

We use strictly necessary cookies for Platform operation (authentication, session, language preferences) and performance cookies for error and usage analysis. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some areas of the Platform.

Conversion and advertising pixels:

We use the following pixels and conversion APIs on our campaign pages and on the Platform to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns:

• ·Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) — tracks conversion events (e.g., page view, checkout initiated, purchase completed) for our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Data such as email and phone number are transmitted in pseudonymized form (SHA-256 hash).
• ·Google Ads (gtag) — measures conversions from ads served on Google Search and Display. Data transmitted in accordance with Google Ads enhanced match settings.
• ·Pinterest Tag and Conversions API — tracks conversions from ads served on Pinterest. Data transmitted in pseudonymized form.

These pixels collect information about your visit (URL, device, actions taken) for conversion attribution and, in the case of Meta and Pinterest, may be used to create lookalike audiences. We do not share directly identifiable data — only hashes and session identifiers.

How to manage your preferences:

• ·You can opt out of Meta ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings;
• ·For Pinterest: pinterest.com/settings/privacy;
• ·For Google: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

LT International LLC is headquartered in the United States of America. We use the internationally recognized service providers listed in Section 4 to operate our Platform. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data protection commitments, which are publicly available on their respective platforms.

We implement technical and organizational measures in line with industry standards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including:

• ·Encryption of user passwords at rest;
• ·Encryption of sensitive personal data (email, CPF) stored in the database;
• ·Data transmission via HTTPS/TLS protocol;
• ·Role-based access control;
• ·Monitoring of suspicious activity and an anti-fraud block list.

No system is 100% impenetrable. In the event of an incident affecting your data, we will act as described in Section 10.

Affected data subjects will be notified within a reasonable timeframe whenever the incident may cause significant risk or harm, with information about the nature of the affected data, the measures taken and the contact channels available.
