By accessing or using the PlannerLovers platform — including the website, the members' area and all associated digital services — you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the platform. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated versions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the platform.

PlannerLovers offers the following products:

• ·Individual product purchase — a specific digital product (planner or digital notebook in PDF format). The User receives a permanent personal license to the downloaded files and six (6) months of access to the members area.
• ·Annual Access — twelve (12) months of access to the Platform, including all files, videos and materials made available during the period.

The Platform does not offer a recurring subscription service and no charges are made automatically.

4.1 Product License (Permanent)

Upon completing a purchase and downloading the relevant files, PlannerLovers grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and permanent license to use the downloaded digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Product License does not entitle the User to access the Platform or download files again after the contracted access period has expired.

4.2 Platform Access License (Time-Limited)

Separately from the Product License, PlannerLovers grants access to the Platform — including new downloads, video content and additional materials — for the duration of the contracted access period:

• ·Individual product purchase — six (6) months from the date of purchase, while the account remains active.
• ·Annual Access — twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, while the account remains active.

Upon expiration of the access period, the ability to access the Platform for new downloads ends. This does not affect the Product License or the right to continue using files already downloaded.

PlannerLovers does not offer recurring subscription services and does not make automatic charges. At the end of the access period — whether six (6) or twelve (12) months — access to the Platform simply expires, with no additional charges.

Continuing to use the Platform requires a new, voluntary purchase.

Within the scope of the license granted, the User is expressly prohibited from:

• ·Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or transferring the files to third parties;
• ·Sharing digital files, access credentials or download links with persons who have not purchased them;
• ·Using the files for commercial purposes (e.g., selling customized planners based on our templates, paid teaching or incorporating them into paid products);
• ·Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting source code from any part of the platform;
• ·Publishing content from the platform without explicitly crediting Planner Lovers® as the author;
• ·Performing any act that may harm the image, reputation or technical operation of the platform.

Non-compliance results in immediate termination of the license and possible civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

The User is fully responsible for the security and use of their account, including choosing a secure password and not disclosing their credentials to third parties.

Any activity carried out through the account is the responsibility of the registered account holder, regardless of who performed the access.

Sharing an account among multiple users is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

The User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and purchase, and to comply with all applicable laws in their country of residence.

The prices, plans and payment terms available are those published on the sales page at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout.

Satisfaction guarantee — 7 days:

Refund and license revocation:

When a refund is granted, the purchase is cancelled and the associated Product License is automatically and immediately revoked. We trust in your good faith: upon receiving your refund, we kindly ask that you delete the downloaded files from all your devices, as the license that permitted their use is no longer in effect.

Possession or continued use of the files after the license has been revoked falls outside the scope of what was purchased and may constitute infringement of LT International LLC's intellectual property rights.

Proof of file deletion is requested as a show of good faith and is not required as a mandatory prerequisite for processing the refund.

All content available on the Platform — including, without limitation, digital files, planner and notebook designs, graphics, texts, videos, source code, visual identity and logos — is the exclusive property of LT International LLC or its licensors and is protected by:

• ·Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei nº 9,610/1998) and Software Law (Lei nº 9,609/1998);
• ·U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.);
• ·Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and other applicable international treaties.

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and will subject the offender to applicable civil and criminal penalties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and digital files are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LT International LLC's total liability to the User for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall LT International LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LT International LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) violation of any applicable law; or (c) infringement of intellectual property rights by the User.

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Users between the ages of 13 (thirteen) and 17 (seventeen) may use the Platform only with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor.

We do not knowingly permit use of the Platform by children under 13 (thirteen) years of age.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, or strikes.

The affected party shall notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable and shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance of its obligations.

LT International LLC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, without the User's consent, provided that the assignee assumes all obligations under these Terms.

The User may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of LT International LLC.

The PlannerLovers platform and products are not directed at or intended for residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), including the European Union. If you are located in the EEA, please do not use the Platform or purchase our products.

We do not accept purchases from EEA residents and make no representations regarding compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other EEA-specific regulations.

We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

The User may request deletion of their account at any time through the account settings or by email to support@plannerlovers.com.

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

18.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, the party asserting a claim must first contact the other party in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. For claims against LT International LLC, contact us at support@plannerlovers.com. The parties shall have 30 (thirty) days from the written notice to resolve the dispute informally.

18.4 Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution under Section 18.3 is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, or, at the consumer's option and as required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law, to the competent courts of the consumer's country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring claims before consumer protection agencies or courts in your jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and LT International LLC with respect to their subject matter.

Tolerance of any breach does not imply a waiver of the right to require full compliance in the future, nor novation or modification of this instrument.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, with the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.

These Terms are made available in English, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict of interpretation between the versions, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Users of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Platform.
